By using this website or ordering our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our services

TrafficLevels provides digital marketing services such as audits, advertising campaign management, content creation and SEO. The exact work for each order is described on the Packages page or agreed with you in writing (for example on Telegram or by email).

2. No guaranteed results

We work to improve your reach and results, but we do not guarantee any specific number of views, followers, clicks, sales or search rankings. Results depend on your product, content, budget, competition and the platforms’ own systems.

3. Platform rules

We only use official advertising and marketing tools. We do not provide fake views, fake followers, bots or any service that breaks the rules of YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Google or other platforms. You are responsible for making sure your content follows those platforms’ policies. We may refuse or stop work on content that is illegal, misleading or against platform rules.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Advertising spend paid to platforms is not included unless agreed in writing. Work starts after we confirm your payment. Please send exactly the agreed amount on the correct network — payments sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered.

5. Refunds

If we have not started work on your order, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Once work has started, completed work is not refundable; for unfinished work we may refund the unused part at our discretion. Blockchain and PayPal fees are not refundable.

6. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, own or have permission to promote the accounts and content you send us, and keep your account passwords secure. We recommend giving us access through each platform’s official partner or role system instead of sharing passwords.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms (such as account restrictions). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page applies to new orders.
